In the event of any issues, simply reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement shipment or store credit for your peace of mind. Please note that shipping protection does not cover orders with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. The cost of shipping protection is non-refundable and will not be reimbursed in the event of a refund or store credit.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
