The most appropriate percentage for the balance of flavors was 65% cocoa from their single origin Vale Potumuju and the passion fruit flavors are combined with a crunchy texture resulting from the demerara sugar caramel mixed with the dehydrated passion fruit pulp.
This bar was inspired by their Easter egg that won silver in the 2022 best eggs competition by Caderno Paladar do Estad?o.
