Purchased through the Vietcacao sector, this cocoa from the Ben Tre region gives a tangy and spicy chocolate that is very pleasant in the mouth. The beans come from several families of planters and are then taken to a cocoa processing station, installed in a school for disabled young people. Fermentation and drying of the beans take place there in order to control the stages as well as possible.
The powder is pressed and packaged in Donzère at Morin's workshops.
As a 100% cocoa powder, it is great for baking and desserts, but you can also add sugar and milk to your liking for a unique hot chocolate beverage.
