Box was very nice, but the chocolates weren’t in the box.The arrangement can use the following care...The Chocolates all arrived warm and all tossed upside down. I suggest a spacer to keep them upright. The heart shaped rose arrangement came in facing to the side. The glue underneath did not hold the arrangement in place. I had to re-glue that portion to make it right. The roses due to the heat were a bit wilted on the ends. The packing of this box did not have any additional packing material around it to keep it from moving in transit. This arrangement could be great with these additional changes. It is not a cheap arrangement and I expected more attention to detail. I purchased an arrangement from ROSEBOX and it is very expensive but it cam in perfect. The Bungee strap the arrangement down inside the box tight! Perfect delivery execution. I trimmed and fixed everything that was delivered. Crunch Time. We should not be put in this predicament!Wife loves it! Glad I got it in before Valentine's day.So beautiful in person l love itReally? I can’t even move the roses. They were positioned that way upon arrival. If you buy this, I also recommend replacing the chocolates before you give them.The heart shape box that is supposed to hold the roses in place did not stay in place during shipping. The drawer that holds the chocolates did not hold the chocolates neatly in place. This item is clearly not designed for shipping. This is the 2nd time this has arrived damaged. The roses are all flattened on top. Waste of money. I will not buy from this company again 2nd time received damaged.This was elegant and unique gift for that certain special someone in your life.The product isn’t worth the money, I didn’t get what I ordered! The box was falling apart and very flimsy!
