The cocoa for this 100% dark chocolate comes from the southwest of the Ivory Coast revealing vegetal and woody aromas. The cocoa beans they work with come from an exclusively female cooperative in the Guémon region, located in a forest and mountainous area. The cooperative is UTZ certified and its 300 members have benefited from additional training, microcredits to invest in their plantations, as well as the development of other projects such as a food support program for nine local schools in the region. Cultivated cocoa is of the Forastero type
