Cocoa from Cusco is without doubt one of the oldest cocoas harvested by humans. Located in the Amazon region of Peru, close to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, cocoa trees offer beans rich in delicate scents, with subtle hints of cane sugar to finish on a strong taste of cocoa.
